Although a Degree in Exercise Physiology was awarded to me for my formal college education, I remain engaged in professional research, and in a pursuit of both professional and personal education and development.

I have never been one to accept things "as is" just because someone else says so.

This educational pursuit, combined with 16+ yrs. experience and a background as a pro athlete means that you (my clients) learn about the most up to date and scientifically grounded information available, and then put it into practice for your unique needs.

My approach has always been for my clients to learn the facts about how to really exercise and eat properly, and how this plays into and effects daily life.

My education, and experience in clinical settings, allows me to design correct exercise for your conditions.

This includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, diabetes, neuropathies, post cardiac rehab, as well as return to sport, and others.
