Anne received her B.S. degree in 1990 in Exercise Science/Kinesiology with an emphasis in Corporate Fitness and Wellness from Northern Illinois University. She has worked in many areas of the health and wellness industry including hospital and corporate wellness centers, private personal training studios and was even the Co-owner of a health club in New England! Anne is certified through ACE (American Council of Exercise) since 1993 and is also CPR/AED certified.
